You only have one chance to get it right, that’s why we at the Hi-End spend more time with our clients and the clients families than the majority of other companies involved in home automation. We generally insist in dealing with the client themselves at the beginning of the project, as only they know what they want. We work intensivly with architects and interior designers to achieve exactly our clients wishes. Nothing is written in stone and the process of home automation is a dynamic process, we believe in flexibility and intense client involvement throughout the project.
